What is a way to get hypnotized?
All hypnotism is self-hypnotism! It is a state of increased relaxation and suggestability. You can get a book on self hypnotism or relaxation techniques or I recommend get a guided imagery/relaxation CD and listen to it on your headphones. Studies shows that pendulums, watches and lights do not facilitate induction, so do not worry about that hoop-la. Or you could go see a Clinical Psychologist. As an alternative, their are some good “Hypnotherapists” out thier, but be careful because some can be a bit of a dog and pony show.
